Setbacks vary by zoning district. Front yards: 15-40 ft depending on district. Side yards: 8-15 ft (15-35 ft when abutting street). Rear yards: typically 20% of mean lot depth not exceeding 30 ft, or fixed at 15-30 ft. Accessory buildings must be 3 ft from rear/side lot lines, 8-10 ft from principal building, 15 ft from street lines, and not located in required front/side yards. Building setback line measured from dedicated right-of-way, or 70 ft from road center if no recorded right-of-way exists.
