Setbacks vary by zone: R-1-3/4/5 (20' front, 5' side, 20' rear); R-1-6/7/8 (25' front, 5-11' side, 30' rear); R-1-10/15/21 (30' front, 10' side, 30' rear); R-1-43 (30' front, 15' side, 30' rear). Rear yard with garage: 15' all zones. Accessory buildings: must be in rear yard, 6' from dwelling, 1' side/rear setback, 20' if facing public street.
