Standard residential setbacks. Front: 25 ft (20 ft for pre-1972 lots with waterway to rear; 125 ft along major highways US 19, SR 50, US 41, US 98, US 301, CR 578, CR 485, CR 50). Side: 10 ft (7 ft for pre-1972 lots not meeting width requirements). Rear: 20 ft (15 ft for pre-1972 lots with waterway to rear). Accessory structures: 5 ft from side and rear lot lines.
