Front yard setback determined by averaging existing setbacks on block face (area within 500 feet in either direction). Drainage swales must be minimum 15 feet from rear of residential dwelling. Perimeter landscaping setbacks: Type B within 20-foot setback or Type C within 10-foot setback.
