Setbacks vary by zoning district. Front: 25-50 ft depending on road type (state/federal/county highways require 50 ft; other roads 25 ft from ROW or 50 ft from centerline). Side/Rear: A/RA/AR districts require 25 ft; R1/R2 require 10 ft; R3/R4/R6/R7/R10/RM require 5 ft. Secondary front yard (corner lots): 15 ft for lots <75 ft wide, 15-25 ft for lots ≥75 ft wide.
