Building setbacks, fence regulations, and zoning requirements for Lincoln County.
Setback requirements determine how far structures must be from property lines. These minimums apply to most residential construction in unincorporated Lincoln County.
Side yard setback of 10 feet applies to structure/building foundations. Shoreland properties have additional requirements: 75-foot setback from ordinary high water mark (reducible to 35 feet minimum with existing development pattern). Buildable area must be at least 3,000 sq ft and outside applicable setbacks.
