Setbacks vary by zoning district. Common residential setbacks (R-1, R-2, R-3, AC): Front 20 ft, Sides 10 ft, Rear 10 ft. Agriculture (AA): Front 40 ft, Sides 25 ft, Rear 25 ft. Some zones allow 5-7.5 ft side setbacks. Waterfront: 50 ft from mean high-water line (tidal), 25 ft from ordinary high-water line (non-tidal). Public schools/institutions: Front 40 ft, Side/Rear 25 ft.
