30 ft from road right-of-way line (roadway setback). Shoreland setbacks: 75 ft from ordinary high water mark (reducible to minimum 35 ft with conditions). 300 ft from river/stream or floodplain edge. Accessory structures under 100 sq ft and 13 ft height must be outside required setback areas.
