Building setbacks, fence regulations, and zoning requirements for Uintah County.
Setback requirements determine how far structures must be from property lines. These minimums apply to most residential construction in unincorporated Uintah County.
When located adjacent to an existing dwelling, minimum setback is 10 feet. Structures over 35 feet require additional 1 foot setback for each foot of height above 35 feet.
