Side yard: 7.5 ft for one/two-family dwellings, 10 ft for other uses, with additional requirements for buildings exceeding 22 ft height. Corner lots require 15 ft side street setback. Chicken coops and similar structures: 25 ft from all property lines. R-3 district has different standards with 16 ft max height.
