Front setback varies by road type: Town roads 30 ft, County roads 42 ft, State/Federal highways 50 ft (measured from right-of-way). Side and rear yards must increase 1.5 ft for each foot of building height exceeding 35 ft. Manure storage structures require 350 ft setback from property lines. Lot frontage minimum is 40 ft on publicly dedicated street.
