The boundary unlock
Bought per property, one time. It gives you that parcel's real boundary and the ability to walk it with the line painted on the ground in front of you. Search and check any address free before you buy.
Pro Tools
Bought once, for your account. It adds the ten tools above to every property you own — the ones you have already bought and any you buy later. No subscription, and nothing renews.
Questions
Do I have to buy Pro Tools for each property?
No. It unlocks once and applies to every property on your account, including ones you buy afterwards.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase and it never renews.
What does it cost?
The current price is shown on the unlock screen in the app. We do not list it here, because we run introductory pricing from time to time and would rather the app be the one place that is always right.
How accurate are the measurements?
They are computed from the recorded parcel boundary and your GPS position, so they are as good as your signal on the day. The app tells you plainly when the signal is good enough to trust and what to do when it is not. Treat them as GPS-accurate, not survey-grade.
I bought Pro Tools and reinstalled the app. Do I lose it?
No. Use Restore Purchases in Settings and it comes back. There is no account to sign into — it is tied to your App Store or Google Play purchase.
Where do I find it after I have bought a property?
Open the property, then Pro Tools in the menu. Snapshot lives in Ground View.
